Hi, I'm Lyndon. I run M13.

I've been designing and building for the web since 2011, and started M13 in 2018. It's a one-person studio on purpose: the person on your kickoff call is the person doing the work, every time.

An extension of your team. Not another vendor.

The usual agencyLots of staff. Lots of layers.

Your brief passes through an account manager, a strategist, a designer and a developer. Feedback gets diluted, timelines stretch, and the person you met at the pitch is gone by launch.

M13One person. Plugged into your team.

You talk to the person doing the work. Decisions are faster, feedback loops are shorter, and nothing gets lost between steps.

How it stacks up

The honest comparison against hiring in-house or signing with an agency.

Lines I won't cross.

I started M13 after watching business owners get overcharged and then ghosted once the invoice cleared. Small businesses deserve someone invested in how the work performs, not just the next invoice.

01Transparency is the only policy.

You see work in progress, understand every invoice line, and hear about delays before they happen.

02Experience you can lean on.

Fifteen years of design and development, and a process built on what has actually worked.

03Work that earns its keep.

Sites, brands and tools should bring in clients and sales, not just look nice in a portfolio.
