What counts as a "request"?
Anything within the standard creative categories — a social media set, a business card design, a pitch deck, an email template. Complex projects like multi-page documents may be broken into multiple requests for faster turnaround.
How do the 2 active slots work?
Think of them as two lanes running in parallel. We’re always working on your top 2 priorities. When one finishes, the next task auto-fills from your queue. Need more throughput? Add up to 3 extra slots.
All categories are really included?
Yes. Social, print, presentations, email, editorial, events, and copywriting assets are all included in every Design Subscription. No per-category charges. Specialist services like logo & branding, video editing, and marketing are available as premium add-ons.
What's not included?
Premium specialist work: logo & brand identity, video editing/production, SEO & marketing, eCommerce setup, dedicated copywriting, email marketing management, and strategy consulting. These are separate add-ons with their own pricing.
Can I add a website or social media management?
Absolutely. Website Foundation ($599/mo as secondary) and Social Media Manager ($799/mo as secondary) can be layered onto your Design Subscription. Or you can make one of those your primary and add Design as a secondary at $499/mo.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month plans have no commitment beyond 30 days’ notice to cancel. Longer terms (6 or 12 months) unlock savings but you choose the flexibility that works for you.
